Stop doubting: day 2 – do the gremlin mambo


Gremlin Combat 101

Your best ally in battling gremlins is your body. Say what? It’s true. Your gremlins live in your head. So the best way to quiet them down is to get out of your head and get into your body.

Here are a few ideas for getting into your body:

  • Dance. Yep, put on your favorite song and shake your booty.
  • Exercise (run, walk, lift weights, Pilates… whatever you like)
  • Breathe. As in deep, cleansing breaths (all the way into your belly)
  • Meditate.
  • Slow down… gremlins love to get us rushing around so we aren’t present.
