Probably worth a try.

Hmm, I wonder if you could make a cider from this. I just love the added dimension of the rosemary. I even made this as a jelled, molded salad with cucumbers. Crazy retro I know, but I loved it. I can also strongly recommend that rhubarb sorbet. Garrett and I created it together one day and the ginger and orange zest really make it.

Oh, I’m so glad you made that spritzer! I am in a rhubarb rut and need to find a way out of the usual. Thanks!

That looks so pretty! I think I will try this recipe.
Yes Rhubarb is a marvel.
Crystal and I used to pick it in Idaho at my Grandma Lee's for her to make strawberry-rhubarb pie and strawberry-rhubarb jam.
She would make the pie on the day she was making a batch of the jam.
I remember thinking then that rhubarb was a funny plant.
Crystal and I used to chewing on raw pieces of it for the sour tart taste. Much like how kids like to eat the sour pucker candies they eat today. Except the rhubarb was not all that sweet so we would take a few strawberries from her garden and eat one right after chewing on the rhubarb.
Thanks this brought back a very happy childhood memory for me.
Maybe I ought to think about making a batch of that jam and a pie.

Hi,<br
